Our Process
What do you want out of your system?
At the begining of the process we will meet with you either at our demo
facility or at a place of your choice. The added bonus with an apointment
at our demo facility is that you can have a 'hands on' experience to help
you understand how the system could work and what it would feel like
in your home, even if you have a good idea of what you want to achieve.
We are always able to advise of the latest developments in technology.
Our sales approach is informative rather than pushey and our main goal
is to make you feel comfortable and not bewildered. Our friendly staff
will work with you and agree exactly what is required in each room.
Getting it right...
Once we have an idea of what is required we will create a proposal with a number of options and price bands to suite your needs and more importantly your buget. We will happily revise the proposal until we get it right for you.
A smooth installation…
Once we have an agreed system we will begin a design phase. This will include floor plans and electrcal schedules so your electricians and builders are clear with what we are going to achieve and at what stage.
Our installation team will then build and program your system in our workshop to the spec you requested. This process is very important as it will mean we can carry out vital tests to ensure it all works correctly in your home from day one.
Time to enjoy…
Once the system is installed we will issue full handover and training so you are completely comfortable with the finished product. In addition to a first class installation service we also provide excellent after sales support to ensure that your systems are maintained to the highest standard.
